RWS

Last Friday, we caught Voyage de la Vie. Actually we got the complimentary tickets, all thanks to this guy.

Mr Jeff Mui, good working partner/ buddy/ colleague and friend of Mr Darren Poh.

We went down to Vivocity early for dinner and then we took the rail to Sentosa. This was our 1st time going into Sentosa on our own, previous times were because of company's events.

The rail worked like our SMRT trains, you could use your Ez-link card to gain entry.

We alighted at the 2nd stop and ta da...

Resort World Sentosa - Singapore.

Once we stepped into RWS, we were being transported to Genting Highlands, minus the mist and fog and cooling weather.

Everything was a mimic to the Genting place.

Voyage de la Vie was showing next to the Casino.....

What an integrated resort! The family entertainment venue place right next to the gambling den.

Anyway, we were early and there was this bell choir doing their jiggles for X'mas.

Since Voyage de la Vie does not allow photography, I can only use words to describe my experience. First, it was interactive. The show started on time at 8.30pm with the live band musicians and the characters jumping from behind our seats and slowly moving down to the stage. And we even had characters talking to the young children, and audience invited on stage for magic show.

Next, it was a mixture of songs and dances. Songs by our own Jonathan Leong, which unfortunately I didn't think too much of his performance. At one point, I thought he had became a "vase". However, the gymnastics show... from trampoline to the bars, to sliding down the ropes and balancing act on a motorbike. It was truly awesome! The performers deserved a medal from the Olympics.

It was entertaining enough. The show ended at 10pm. However, I was threw off guard when I stepped out of the Festive Grand.

Bikini girls dancing to the tune of my favourite Xmas songs. Oh my! But from a guy's perspective, it was all professionals. Hmm... *raise my eyebrows*

Anyway, since we paid $3 to gain entry to Sentosa, we decided to roam around.

Ah.... Universal Studios... Well, it was late already, they were closed.

But the retail shops outside, they were bustling with business. Check out this giant Hershley's factory!

Surprise Surprise Surprise! Photography is actually allowed in its premises.

So come on in, folks for a chocolicious time!

Giant kisses, anyone?

Too big, then what about these?

An assortment of kisses in different flavours.

This giant bar is 2.26 kg and I really wonder how was the sale.

Shelves and shelves of Hershley products.

They have even ventured into toys....

and clothing...

Amazing, isn't it?

Across Hershley is another retail shop under the same parent company umbrella.

As you can tell, Candylicious is everything about candies. Truly a heaven for the children because the shopping trolleys were in pint size, just for the kids.

Unfortunately, photography was not allowed and after touring, it was time for Zzz land...
