It has been 2 years!

21st November marks our 2nd Wedding Anniversary also known as the Cotton Anniversary. Cotton was used to symbolize as by now, both of us would have been used to living with each other and able to handle changes together, just like the nature of cotton being a soft fiber, comfortable to wear.

To celebrate this evernt, we made a reservation at TripleThree buffet located at Mandarin Orchard Hotel.

Our buffet lunch started with abit of drama. While waiting to be led to our table, Jonathan decided he should have his milk buffet first and did it with a loud wail which made many heads turn to our direction.

Just as we thought we had settled him down and was able to dig in, Jonathan got cranky.

We didn't get to enjoy the buffet as we took turns to carry him and trying to soothe him. By the time we finally made him sleep, it was last call for the buffet. We really didn't get to eat much. What a pity!

And just as we were to leave the restaurant, Jonathan woke up crying again. We made a desperate dash to the one and only pathetic nursing room in the Mandarin Gallery. The room was so small that I had to fold the stroller and after much struggle, closed and locked the door. While I was nursing in there, there were people knocking at the door. Made me feel so stress that I had to quickly get out.

Our next stop was to Takashimaya. It was shopping time and more trips to the nursery room there.

We got a small cake to celebrate before heading home.

Remember Perla? I had my birthday cake from them. This round, we bought their rum and raisin chocolate cake which was really yummy!

Tried to take a family photo together.

I looked really weird in this photo. My face looked so bloated and my eyes turned so mini. Anyway, this year we have Jonathan with us.

And what's little boy looking at?

Ahh... supposedly his Xmas gift. Lulu the yellow spider and new clothes.

After a long day, Jonathan was so exhausted that he fell asleep in his rocker chair.

Look! How much the baby has grown.

And that's how our 2nd Wedding Anniversary was celebrated.

Post note:

2 years ago on 21 Nov 2009 5.30am, I was doing my bridal makeup, getting ready for the exciting day ahead. He was nervous and didn't sleep a wink.

1 year ago on 21 Nov 2010 5.30am, we celebrated with a staycation at Fullerton. We even smuggled Robo into our hotel room.

This time round 21 Nov 2011 5.30am, we fed Jonathan his milk, changed his diaper and made him sleep while we both lie on our bed exhausted.

What a change in lifestyle!
