Capella Singapore is hidden in the lush greenery of Sentosa. Its luxurious and impeccable service are truly 6 stars rated. 11 staff and their families from the husband's company were invited for this staycation and we were so fortunate to be part of them.
There was no big lobby for check in, instead it was a living room styled concierge counter that did everything for you. You are welcome to rest at the lounge while the room and luggages get sorted out. Then concierge staff dressed in traditional chinese
cheongsam or malay
baju kebaya would then lead you to your room.
Once you stepped in, she would explain the various function controllers and highlight the little intricate details of the room. Then she would leave you and your guests to enjoy the room while your luggages get ported to your room and set up by the bell boy.
Our room was at level 4, facing the city area, with the highest at level 5. The room was huge at 77sqm. It fitted 2 queen size beds and still have plenty of space for the kids to run around.

Soft music played in the background and curtains and binds were drawn, all in the mood to sleep.

We spent most of our 3D2N staycation at the room and at the pool. The breakfast at Knolls was fantastic too.

I felt we were so spoilt and pampered after Capella staycation that we probably need some time to readjust to mid-range hotel service. But of course, such luxurious stay was not cheap. It was tagged at the concierge counter, SGD 950 ++ per night for a room. But I would say, if you have spare
moolah to use, Capella staycation could be one option too.
