It's Just Another Day….

There is one thing that as a person ages, he/ she is less inclined to do… that is to celebrate his/ her birthday.

On this special day or should I say it's just another day… there was nothing much for me to rejoice. No plan was made, literally. I was not disappointed by this but rather the attitude of my other half. I shall not elaborate on that.

It was just another food day. Stepped into Da Paolo's Gastronomia @ Holland Village and ordered some bites to chase away my blues.

The next day was much better. We brought the boys to TCC @ Keppel Bay and Jonathan was delighted by the sight of yacht and sailing boats. I was surprised by the size of TCC over there and it was a good thing we had reservation. It was packed by the time we left. 

I always love TCC and over at Keppel Bay TCC, it had another type of menu and kid's menu included. I was worried about the mess and the fuss the boys would made at TCC but it was unfounded. They sat through, eating by themselves without making an embarrassing mess. Thank God!

I didn't had the time to take food picture but this light cheese soufflé ended our night sweetly.

Being 36… what can I say? I'm at another stage of my life where parties (except for kids) or movies (unless it's a Disney film) take a seat back. Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I'm still a single. But there's no turning back and there's no need to turn back because I am reminded of this.

I'm too blessed to be stressed. Whatever it may come… the presence of God is my resting place.
