Carrot Puree

Bought organic baby carrots 2 weeks ago to make carrot puree. The first attempt was quite a failure. The quantity was too little to blend here, hence was choppy.

1st attempt on Carrot Puree

Second attempt on carrot puree. Double the amount of carrots I steamed and blended and it turned out to be better. More fluid puree from this attempt.

Yikes! 

Sigh! Maybe another time.
