Marriot Cafe - the Layout

This is a post dated entry of our buffet lunch experience @ Marriot Hotel's Marriot Cafe, complimentary from Mr Darren's company.

We woke up late last Saturday, skipped our breakfast and zoomed right into Marriot Hotel, waiting for that fanstatic lunch.

Lunch buffet started from 12 pm to 2.30pm and of course, we stayed right from the beginning to the end.

The Salad and Started counter served a wide variety of choices. From the traditional green to your own DIY caesar salad, from the pasta salad to the canapes, you would be spoiled for choices.

Then there's the cold starters with fresh oysters (Yummy!!) and prawns, completed with all kinds of condiments as you liked.

Some may not like the greens or the seafood. Don't worry, you can start with the cold cut. Ham, cheese, smoked salmon and even salmon sashimi.

A whole row of hot entrees awaited you.

My Favourite corner, the Dessert bar. So many cakes and pastries and even the traditional chinese Chin Chow and sea coconut, they all have it.

I'm also surprised that Marriot served Drunken Prawns in Herbal Soup. Cooked right on the spot for that freshness and roasted beef around the corner.

Have some tea when you eat the cakes.

Or make yourself a cuppa of latter, cappuccino, espresso, whatever you like.

Want to opt for non caffeine drink? Wide varieties of fresh fruit juices for you to choose from. May I also add, is free flow.... Cheers!

The kids got their corner too. With Movenpick ice cream bar, comes with the sugary stick and cones.

And add your own toppings.....
