Sunday Folks

I heard a lot about Sunday Folks at Chip Bee Garden and there was always a long queue. I finally managed to get a table on a weekday afternoon with hub on a spontaneous date.

The place was filled with school kids and only a handful of adults. It did made us feel quite out of place. I had a flat white and we had a regular waffles with dark chocolate ice cream to share.

Verdict : Hmm… nothing special to shout out. Flat white was too acidic for my like. Regular waffles with dark chocolate ice cream was too sweet. I guess with the ice cream, there wasn't a need for the maple syrup at the side. Probably won't attempt a 2nd visit.
