When you come to my age, you will understand the other significance of "Married, pregnant & with kiddo"
Peers of my age, some younger are married (for years). So they are either pregnant or with a kid or 2. Yes yes... life so fulfilling ... oh so blissful ;p
I think it gets to a stage that the "married, pregnant & with kiddo" find it hard to strike a proper conversation with the singles. Well, I don't blame them. We are at the different stages of life. They are busy with milk powder and diapers. Exchanging tips on keeping their babies healthy and strong. Pointers on teaching their toddlers on their ABCs and their 123. So what to do with the singles?
Milk powder and diapers? Drink from the carton of low fat milk and shop at La Senza for that sexy lacy piece.
Tips on having healthy lovely babes? Do a 20 squats daily to keep your thighs firm and cut back on that bak kwa.
Learning the ABCs and 123? salut! vous parlez anglais? Pick up a sexy french accent or a kawaii Japonaise. Stock market is where my numbers are.
Alright... better don't poke fun at the "married, pregnant & with kiddo" because one day, I will fall into that category. For now, let the "married, pregnant & with kiddo" get all marrified with their charges while the singles get all tensified with the upcoming CNY.
